Cynthia Harris is the Founder and CEO of Career Coaching Plus and Passport to Life, two interconnected ventures developing tomorrow’s leaders through paid internships, experiential learning, and luxury casual apparel. With more than 30 years overseeing complex federal programs and multimillion-dollar portfolios, she builds systems that elevate young professionals and strengthen ready-to- deliver talent pipelines across state borders. Her work blends strategic leadership, creativity, and purpose to help emerging talent step boldly into their identity and calling.
